Do I need new channel balances?

My channel balance fell down the right side of the window. It's completely detached on the right side with the window still in the track. How can I tell if it needs to be replaced and if so what part do I need to replace it? This is the text on the outside:
32 5 FX CMC 11

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance can be replaced with either the S351-33 or the S390-33. The top attachments differ slightly from yours but I'm confident the replacement should work for the repair. To confirm the correct series, you'll need to measure the depth of the shoe.
