Do not know if this is the right part

The picture that I have sent comes from my window it is 3/8 x 15/16 do not know how long because the top broke off, but have found a part that seems to be fit # 15-212. I believe that this is the part , maybe someone could look and see if it is or not.

It sounds you have chosen the correct part. The height is not as important as the other two dimensions you have provided. Our 15-212 pivot shoe would make a good replacement for you.
