Thanks for posting. Yes, Coil balance systems need to be as exact as possible to work as replacements. I believe this is the 15-251 Single Support, which uses Series 160 Coil Balances. Since the support is stamped '10', you might be able to use the S160-10 10 pound spring. However I'd check to see if such a stamp is also on the spring, just to be safe--stamps on the springs are the most accurate to go by. Let me know if you have further questions.
