Thanks for writing in! We do not have an exact replacement for the cabinet hinge you have but our 32-344 Large Opening Angle Blum Cabinet Hinge or our 32-349 Soft Close Concealed Hinge may be worth considering. They are each sold in sets.

Carefully look over each of their dimensions and their design to determine if either of these could be a fit.
