Do you have 39-312 in white?

A quick learner from Honolulu, HI says:

I believe I have a 39-312 operator, but I need it in white. I need 14 but I wanted to purchase 1 now and make sure these are the ones I need. Also, I needed to remove the railings to disengage the operator. Is there an easier way to disengage and install these operators? What would be the shipping cost to Hawaii? Thank you, Chester

Yes, we can provide the 39-312 in white. We are bringing it in now and will hopefully have it available soon. I will let you know when it is.

As for removing the operators, all you should have to do is unscrew the base from the sill and disconnect the black shoes from the track.
