We can replace this balance, though it will have to be specially made. Before we can begin, can you show me a picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord? Can you also tell me how many you need?
I was able to take a look at the other channel balance and all I need is a new piece of the 1/16" cord. It broke where it attaches to the hook at the bottom end of the balance so when I put what's left of the cord around the pullies and reattach it to the hook the assembly is 7/8" shorter than the one in the other balance. Do you just sell the cord?

As for replacing the cord, I'm afraid we don't sell that by itself. We highly recommend you don't attempt that. These balances are under a lot of tension and we find that trying to replace the cord is more trouble than it's worth.
