Do you have an opposite roller for 81-071?

Hi.
Please pull this order 708579 to view the picture of your Peachtree Sliding Glass Door Roller, 81-071.
The pivot point is in the OPPOSITE location than I need.
Do you have the exact same roller with the EXACT same measurements with pivot point in the opposite location??
*Here is the picture of he original that needs to be replaced.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean when you say the pivot is in the opposite location, but our 81-036 appears similar. Could you get this to work?
