Do you have parts for Pella casement windows?

Not sure what I need.  The wind blew the window wide open and now it doesn't work right.  I think part of the mechanics near the handle broke.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Looks like your hinge broke. We sell a ton of different styles, which you can see here, but I unfortunately can't determine what you have based on this photo. Too many important details are missing.

In order to investigate this further, I will require a clear photo of the hinge removed from the sash. I'll share a video below that will show you how this can be done. Note that I'll need to see the entire hinge assembly, so please do your best to remove all of its components before you take your photo. Knowing the length of the base track would also be helpful.
