Do you have the 23-070 with solid (non-grooved) rollers?

I ordered 2, 23-070 roller assemblies. They are exactly what I need other than the roller itself. I need a "male" roller as opposed to a "female" or grooved roller. I can't find it anywhere on the website. Help.

I didn't consider the 23-041 roller assembly because the one I need to replace is exactly the same as the 23-070 other than the roller. Concerned that the 23-041 dimensions won't work?

Can you submit a few photos of your current roller so we can take a look? Please include dimensions along with your submission, this will help us research possible replacement rollers for your application.

It is EXACTLY like the 23-070 (housing, dimensions, color, etc.) but with a "male" configured roller. Not sure what else I can say to describe.

Unfortunately the Swisco 23-070 Door Roller is only available with a concave roller (as shown online). A convex roller is not available at this time for the 23-070.

We have an update on this roller. Please see our new 23-081 and see if this could be a better replacement for your application!
