I'm looking for an Alpine Block and Tackle Sash Cam/Guide 2 3/16" or something that it is closer to it. I'm attaching a picture. Thank you.

Your guide can be replaced with the 18-171 Stepped Sash Guide. It appears to be slight different in design but I do believe this is what you should need for your window.

Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to confirm.
