Take a look at our 15-180 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 190 coil. Is it a match? The coil strength is printed at the end of the "tongue" of the coil, where it screws onto the shoe.

The coil spring has a #5 stamped on it

That would be S190-540, if you do indeed need Series 190.
