I'm enclosing the picture of broken part that I need to have replaced since it broke. I had to close the door and now I can't even open it.

As far as I can see the number on the piece is 62/35; I was looking on your website and only saw one piece which is the closest to the one I have, but not sure.

Kindly assist me at your earliest.
