I think we can help, yes. Can you just tell me what the distance is between the two installation holes? That will allow us to find the best match.

Please see attached picture with ruler. We need to purchase 4 of these if you have them. Thank you so much for all your help

Thank you! From your photo, the distance between the screw holes appears to be 2-1/4". Can you confirm? If so, check out our 90-274 lock. It won't have the prongs, but that shouldn't matter.
