Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for your handle assembly. As for your secondary locks, our 79-096 and 79-093 flush bolts are similar but keep in mind that they are meant for commercial doors. Look them over and see if the product specifications might work for you. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the lock can't be shortened. I believe you would need to contact a locksmith to get the appropriate parts for your door since our flush bolts like the 79-096 are used on hollow commercial doors and attach to the edge of the door differently.
