Our 81-157 is similar, but you left some dimensions out. I recommend looking over the measurements we have for this roller to confirm that everything matches up.

I don't know what that measurement is in reference to. What exactly is 7/16" compared to our roller?

we have some wheels in our possession, is it possible to have rivets to change the wheels.

Thanks. I've never seen a roller that's only 7/16" thick before. That is extra skinny. We won't be able to supply anything in that size. If you are willing to replace just the wheels then that is indeed possible. You can see our entire selection of replacement wheels and axles here.
