Your pivot shoe appears to be an older version of the 15-180 that is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs. Please review below and let us know if you have any questions! 

The original coil should be stamped with a number on the metal that indicates the weighted option needed.

Please review the S190-740 coil spring that can support 7 pounds of weight on its own. This is added together with the other coils to support the whole weight of the sash.
