Do you have this patio door handle set

Hi,

We have a Sash 2265 handle set for our patio door. Inside is brass and outside is white and does have a lock. I've had a lot of difficulty finding an adequate replacement.

I've attached two pictures. Please let me know if there's any other information that would be helpful.

We would like to stay with the white handle for the outside but inside, antique brass would be great but almost anything would be preferred to white.
