Do you have this pivot bar

I don't believe that we are. It's similar to our 26-366, but the tip is obviously very different. It's longer on yours and has those two prongs sticking out the sides.

I can only tell you that our 26-366 is the closest match in our inventory. I cannot guarantee that it will work for you, though you may be able to adapt it, perhaps by drilling new installation holes to make up for the shorter tip. Look it over and see what you think.
