Do you have this snap in glazing?

Hi:

Don't know the supplier of these vinyl single hung windows. They are about 15 years old and some of the snap-in glazing pieces have fallen out. I can't seem to match it with any of the styles on your website. Do you have any ideas? I took some pictures of the hardware in hopes it may give you some ideas.

Do the snap in glazing pieces need to match perfectly or can you improvise with something close?
