Thanks for posting! The plastic tubing your are searching for is the window glazing bead. To determine the correct replacement, I'll need to see the end profile of and undamaged piece. You will need to remove your bead from the window to take the photo from the angle. 

I am looking to see the shape of the bead as this determines how it snaps into the window.
