Do you know what balance my Andersen balance needs?

I need to replace two sets of balances for Andersen windows installed in 1987. The window measures approx. 55 x 36.  Any chance you can provide the type of balance I would need to order just from the date of installation and size? I'd like to avoid having to disassemble in order to get to the balance if possible.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We may be able to help identify your balances without seeing the balances themselves but it's not always 100% accurate. Seeing the numbers printed on the balance box is the best way for us to help.

Assuming your Andersen window isn't a tilt-in like the Andersen Series 200 Narroline, we will need you to write out the width and height of the visible glass in the top and bottom sash.
