Do you know what crank I have based on these pictures?

I have a broken window crank. Can you tell by the pictures if I can order from you just a crank that will fit existing fixture or if I need to replace the whole crank and gear box.

Hey, Doug. Check out our 39-226 and see if this can work for you. Keep in mind that it has a 5/16" hex. If your old handle had the same sized hex, I think you'll be good to go.
There is also the possibility that the "female" socket in your operator is worn, which would mean that even if you had a 5/16" hex it could still be lose. We like to use scotch tape or an adhesive in those situations to kind of pad it out. Just food for thought!
