Do you seel a E279P271075 balancer?

I'm trying to replace a window balancer with E279P271075 etched in it. For Andersen xi window. What is correct part to buy?

To further review, are you able to show us pictures of the original balance? We will need to see clear images of the front and back where the number etchings are located. Thank you!
