Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for your original drawer tracks, which use an L-shaped end to engage with the sockets. The best option we can offer would be to see if you can replace the original tracks with the 32-060 style or one of the other related length options, which attach to the back of the drawer using the 32-139 brackets. We cannot guarantee this will work, but review the specifications to see what you think. Thanks for posting!
