Where can I get a screen door lock exactly like this one?  Or the spring for a handle ?

I'm not sure where you could get an identical match for this handle set. The spring isn't something that's usually sold separately, unfortunately. The 40-049 is similar in design though. Have a look at the specifications and see if you think this could work for you.
