Do you sell a mortise latch that will fit my Guardian door?

Hello, our Guardian patio door handle broke so I purchased a replacement. However I can not find a mortise latch that will fit. The inside opening measures exactly 3 inches yet most commercial mortise latches measure 3 15/16 etc, always a touch bigger than 3 inches. Where can I find a replacement?

Thanks for posting! There may be a chance we can supply you with a suitable replacement for the mortise lock you need but I'll need to see a photo of the existing mortise lock to confirm the right replacement. It would also help to see a photo of the space in the door where the mortise lock fits as well as the handle set.

Good morning! I can send you a picture of the opening but do not have the actual mortise latch. It was missing since we purchased the home

Thanks for the photos! I believe the mortise lock you need is the 82-218 Mortise Lock with a round face. When measuring the door to confirm if this will be a fit, you'll want to measure the distance between the installation holes from hole center to hole center. Take a look at the diagram below for reference.
