Sliding door handle nut

I am looking for the nut that goes on the bolt to tighten the sliding door handle. Attached are some photos showing the label and the handle from both sides.

Would I need to purchase the entire door handle and related parts?

If the mortise lock and the rest of the hardware is still in good condition, you would only need to purchase the 82-086 handle set.
