Do you sell crank extensions for Andersen windows

I purchased a 2"crank extension last week the spline is to small it is a anderson cement window can you help me different size spline 2"in length

I'm not sure what kind of Andersen operator you have, since there are many types, but many Andersen operators use a 3/8" spline. If that is the case for you, we did carry an extension post in that size but, unfortunately, it has been discontinued and we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
