Do you sell the 2630 balance

I need a window changel balance 2630.... I ordered 2 before, but the don't fit> mine have the metal clip per the photo.
any ideas, please?

Thank you for reaching out to us! Before we get started, can you show us a photo of the front of the top fitting? We'd also like to see photos of the bottom fitting. We'll do our best to assist from there.
