Do you sell these 2950 balances?

The balance reference is 2950

the measure is 30"

I must buy 30" or 29"

Are both working the same?

Please What is the exact reference to do the order?

Thanks for reaching out to us. If your balance is 30" long, then you should buy a 30" long balance. A 30" balance with a 2950 stamp is perfectly normal for this type of hardware, so that's nothing to be concerned about.

As for the product code itself, that will depend on the size of the nylon fittings. You provided measurements here but I'm a little concerned about the depth of the bottom shoe. Yours appears to be less than 1", which means your balance would have to be custom made using our special 15-029, which is 7/8" deep.

Before we do that, can you verify that you're measuring an undamaged version of this part? It does look a little worn down. Custom made balances cannot be returned for a refund so I want to be 100% sure that you have the right size.

Can you also tell me how many of these you needed to purchase?
