Do you sell these balances?

Question

I have multiple single hung windows that have missing balances.  From what I see on the working ones I need a 29B balance.  However the picture I have shows a 28B and I suspect the previous owner  I will also need the shoes for each window.  The Shash width is 5/8" and the total length is 56".

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need to start by having you write out the exact length, width, and depth of your original balances. We'll also need to know the width and thickness of the pivot shoe to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
