Looking for best advice on replacing broken window latch(s). The Finger tab on top has corroded due to sun exposure and now unable to retract and hold the angled tooth. Spring worked initially but finger tab broke off. See picture attached.
1) Do I use a screw driver to retract and hold the teeth (both sides) in order to open the window inwards?
2) Do you have replacement parts ?
Do you sell these broken window latches?

Hello,
You should be able to use a screwdriver to retract the top tilt latches in order to tilt in the window sash for removal. At that point, you can remove the tilt latch body by following our media guides related on this page. After you remove the latch, compare the dimensions to our selection of surface mounted latches here. Thank you.
