Do you sell these hinges?

I am looking for a set of hinges (left and right) to replace the one in the picture
Can you offer me any advice or help on this

We'd be happy to look into this for you but it's tough to tell what type of hinge you have while it is in the closed position. If you could extend the hinge arms, as well as write out the length of the base that attaches to the window sill, that would help us narrow down your options. Thank you!
