Do you sell these replacement parts?

Thanks for writing in! You have a T-Lock shoe, with an open cam, made for a balance with a grove in the bottom of the channel. We cannot offer a replacement that would be compatible with your existing balances, so you would need to replace the entire assembly. The replacements would use the 15-195B shoe.

I'm happy to recommend the replacements you'd need for the repairs but there are a few details I'll need to from the existing balances. To start, I'll need to see the top attachment on the balance and how it attaches to the top of the window track. I'll also need to know the length of the metal channel (only the metal) as well as the stamp from the channel.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your balances can be replaced with the S795-30 with a 30B Stamp.  

These balances come with the 15-195 closed cam shoe attached to them, but as mentioned you'll need the 15-195B open cam shoe. You'll need to be sure to add them to the cart along with the replacement balances. Our video tutorial below describes how to swap out the shoes.
