Thanks for writing in! Your channel balances can be replaced with either the S380-33 with a 1" shoe or the S385-33 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which of these is your replacement, you'll need to confirm the depth of your shoe.

We do not have an exact replacement match for the top sash guide but our 18-171 Stepped Sash Guide should work to replace it. You will need to cut down the top of it so that it sits flush on the sash.

Keep in mind, altered parts cannot be returned.
