Here are photos of our current sash guides. The top part looks to be broken.

Hello! This looks like the old Milgard brand top sash guide. These aren't made anymore, unfortunately, but the good news is that you can use our 18-009 as a substitute. The catch is that you have to trim off the top "edge" that sticks out from the body, otherwise it won't fit in the space available.

Otherwise, as long as the other dimensions match, you should be good to go.
