Greetings,

Would like to order replacement hardware for these windows. The screw pops out on 3 out of 4. Any help on what parts I need would be appreciated.

Hey Paul. You might be able to use our 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard Dual-Arm Operators. Just make sure the dimensions listed below matches what you have. Let me know if the arm lengths differ in any way. For new covers and handles, see the 39-107 and 39-114L sold separately.
