Do you sell these window replacement parts?

Hello - We recently purchased a home in Apollo Beach, FL (Lake Saint Clair Development) and are in need of window replacement parts. The home was built in 2002 and we were told they are the original windows. We are in need of balancers, insulation strips, etc. Not sure the model of the windows, but they are Single Hung, Single Pane windows. Attached is a photo of the only label left on one of the windows. We look forward to your response re: parts availability for these windows. Thank You! Kent

Hello, Kent. I'm afraid this label doesn't tell me what parts are used on your windows. Even knowing the brand name probably wouldn't do much, since most manufacturers don't make full parts lists public. That's the main reason why we provide this service.

At this stage, the best course of action is to see each component you want to replace, one at a time.

For each instance, we need a clear picture of the part removed from the window (or shown with as little obstruction as possible) and in undamaged condition. Please also note that I may ask for more photos of a given part once I see it, but I will need to know what to ask for, first. You'll also want to take detailed, written dimensions in each case. I may have a multitude of similar parts to show you that you will need to compare to your original, and a lot of times it's going to come down to size.
