French door weatherstripping

Trying to look for this weatherstripping for our French doors it's a swinging inward door and this is at the bottom

Your foam seal reminds me of the 58-056E at first glance but the dimensions would be the determining factor. Also, note that our seal does not have the same extra flange as your seal. Take a look and compare the specifications below to see if this might work for your repair. Thanks for posting!
