Hi Karen, thank you for posting,

To further review, we will need to see the window sash open where we can view the style of the arm attachments. From there we can compare to determine the best fit for you window. With the window unlocked you should be able to gently push the sash open. Thank you!

Please review the style and dimensions of the 39-031 and 39-032 operators. Compare the orientation to confirm the best fit. Also see the 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle if needed. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
