Do you sell this counter balance?

I need a replacement counter balance sash I believe the number on it is U7 113 4 80 but attached the pictures I took of it still installed in the window.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid the numbers provided aren't a match to any of the Andersen sash balances that we have. Is there an identical window in the house with stamps that aren't as faded? We can use that as a reference if so.
