Thanks for reaching out. Looks like you need a new patio door keeper, but it's tough to make out what you have from these photos. I can only see part of the component. 

That said, based on what I can see I think our 82-249 is a good potential option. Look it over and see how well it compares. If they differ in any way, get back to me and we can look into other options.
