Our handle set appears similar to 8/21 VA post. Unfortunately our door label is badly worn:

Prefer replacement in white.

Is this DIY?

Hello,

Your handle set resembles the 82-087. Take a look and confirm the 3-15/16" hole spacing matches yours. We also offer the 82-226 mortise lock if needed. Thanks for posting!
