Please could you help me find a replacement hinge for my medicine cabinet. Attached is a
picture of the label inside my cabinet showing the make and model number and also two pictures
of the hinge - front and back. Please let me know if you can help me. Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately, I don't believe that your exact hinges are still available, or at least I could not find a source for them. With that being said, take a look at the 32-345 wrap-around hinge that is mounted onto the side cabinet support. We can't make any guarantees but review the specifications shown on our product page to determine if a pair of these hinges could work for you. Thanks for posting.
