Could you please help me to find and buy sliding Patio door handle set replacement as of the attached Photos.

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that the thumb lever on the handle is centered. Please start by taking a look at the 82-030 handle set that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
