I am in need of a pivot lock shoe for my window but cannot find an exact match. I had purchased one from you a few years ago for another window (same house/windows) and wondered if you can look up the model number that was sent? The number on the old one is D467 490 and I will send a picture also. Can you look it up by either my name or address?
