Do you sell this pivot stop?

Question

I need to replace this pivot stop. The windows were installed in approximately 2001. I have 5 identical windows all in good condition.
How do I take this part out of the frame and replace?
I am an elderly woman and will hire someone to help with this. I just want to get the part (probably buy several for possible future replacement). Can you tell which part this is. I THINK these are Marvin windows but do not have identification except the one paper label.
After almost 25 years in harsh weather conditions, I have no leakage and still can easily clean and access.

Hello there! Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we don't sell a replacement for the pivot shoe or balance assembly. I'm afraid we haven't had the opportunity to work on this type of window so we can't advise the removal. Contacting Marvin or the original manufacturer of the window directly would be your best bet.
