I have the same hardware. The inside of the door handle is stamped 22650 Sash Controls Ferndale MI.

My mortise lock set is broken. The cover plate is 6 inches long and 0.75 inch wide. The lock mechanism is about 3.1875 inches wide. Do you have a replacement mortise lock set?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our 82-227 mortise lock comes to mind. However, our part doesn't have the white retainer piece that your old lock uses. If possible, you may have to reuse it. Have a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours.

Do you happen to know any window installers in my area (Walnut Creek CA; 94595) who can repair a window that is controlled by a small motor to open and close?
