Thanks for you post! Your coil balance assembly can be replaced with the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. Take a look over the dimensions below to confirm that this is the right fit.

This shoe is compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balances which are being supported in the channel with the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip and the 15-182 Balance Bushing. The coils are secured to the shoe using the 33-072 screw.

To determine the correct coils needed for your assemblies, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the coils. If there aren't any, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide that by the total number of coils in the window (in your case 4).
