I am looking to replace window latch but I can't find this model. It has two areas to snap in 2 inches apart. 3 3/8 in x 2cm

Thanks for posting! Your tilt latch reminds me of our 26-317 CertainTeed Top Tilt Latch, Pair. I am confident that these are the replacements you'll need for your repairs. Although, you'll need to be sure to carefully review and compare the the dimensions to confirm.
